Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Gigflow, operated by Gigflow Operator. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as our merchant of record.

Subscriptions (Pro and Business)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Gigflow billing settings or through the customer billing portal. When you cancel:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your account will downgrade to the Free plan at the end of that period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, or if you experienced a significant service issue, contact us at support@gigflow.app within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

AI token packs (one-time purchases)

AI token packs are one-time add-on purchases. Unused tokens remain on your account until consumed. Token pack purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been credited to your account, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges.

Free plan

The Free plan does not involve payment. You may use it indefinitely subject to the usage limits described on our pricing page.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension.
