This Privacy Policy describes how Gigflow Operator("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Gigflow — our booking forms, business pages, and vendor workspace (the "Service").

Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). You may also provide business profile details such as your business name, bio, contact information, and branding assets.
Booking and client data
When clients submit your booking forms, we collect the information they provide (for example, name, email, event details, and custom form fields). You control what fields appear on your forms.
Payment information
Paid subscriptions and add-on purchases are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Dodo Payments may collect billing name, payment method details, and transaction records in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Usage and technical data
We collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

- Process subscriptions and send transactional emails
- Display your public booking page and business page to visitors
